Sales Representative
Growing energy efficient roofing company looking for professional salesperson. Key areas of responsibility include developing and selling polyurethane foam roofing and commercial coatings as well as managing some existing accounts. Sales process includes creating strategies to point out benefits and advantages of the polyurethane roof system in comparison to BUR, single ply and other conventional roofing systems. Position will work with a successful sales team with a proven strategy to continue increasing sales and profitability by further penetrating the commercial roofing market and establishing the polyurethane foam roof as the de facto roofing standard in Southern California. Position requires continuing education of building standards and codes and market research. Key area of focus is the full utilization of the CRM system. Position requires advanced communication, presentation and relationship skills.
Compensation is a performance adjusted base plus commission
