Ari-Thane Foam Products, Inc., offers rigid polyurethane sprayed-in-place roof systems for new and existing flat and commercial, industrial and custom residential low slope roofs. The seamless, monolithic, lightweight roof system adheres to most substrates and is durable, safe, permanent, cost-effective and maintenance-free with unequaled energy savings over the life of the roof. The tremendously versatile roof system resists ultraviolet rays, temperature fluctuations, extreme temperatures and wind lift conditions with one joint manufacturer and applicator warranty available on most low slope roofs.

Our polyurethane roof systems are UL, ICC, FM, SWRI approved, Title 24 compliant, with an R-Factor of 6.8 and k-Factor of 0.148, based on (1) inch thickness which seals, insulates and sound-proofs while providing custom drainage and reduced thermal shock & deck movement normally associated with other built up roof systems. Ari-Thane polyurethane roof systems are self-flashing, waterproof, attractive and scuff-resistant to foot traffic, utilizing our own industry-leading tough, high-reflectance, Energy Star & CRRC qualified white elastomeric, Title 24 compliant top-coat.

Self-Flashing and Versatile: It adheres to most clean and dry surfaces regardless of incline. It can eliminate cant strips, reglets and metal flashing in most applications.

Easy to maintain: Repairs are easy because of the close cell formulation of the polyurethane foam which allows for quicker leak repairs. Periodic "re-coating" of our 100% Acrylic Elastomeric coatings can assure the greatest life cycle value.
